2006 Chardonnay

Mudgee has proven a good region for producing top quality chardonnay wines. The hot summer days develop the full flavour profile, whilst the cool nights help preserve the finesse associated with the best examples of this classic variety.

This elegant, flavoursome wine has golden hues and exhibits white nectarine, cashew and rockmelon. The palate is rich, full and shows citrus characters as well as creamy, nutty flavours from the gentle fermentation in old oak barrels.

Cellaring Potential: Drinking well now and will cellar for up to four years.
